Unfiltered Imports (“we”, “us”) imports and markets family-owned estate wines to licensed distributors in the United States. This page explains what information unfilteredimports.com collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• When you contact us. The Connect form (delivered to us by Formspree) asks for your name, email address, what kind of business you are (distributor, retailer, restaurant, winery or consumer) and your message. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send.
• When you browse. Like most websites, our site host (Google Firebase Hosting) automatically keeps standard server logs with basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type and the pages you visit. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without cookies and without tracking you across sites.

We do not sell wine through this website, and we do not take payments or collect payment details here.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and to follow up on business you have asked us about.
• To keep the website working, secure, and to understand in aggregate which pages are useful.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies. When you confirm you are 21 or older, the site stores one small value on your device so it doesn’t ask again for a year. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only:

• with the service providers that run this website and our email (for example Google, Cloudflare, Formspree and Microsoft), who process it on our behalf;
• with the distributor or winery your enquiry is about, if you ask us to put you in touch;
• if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to deal with them and to maintain normal business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone.

Age

This website is about alcoholic beverages and is intended only for people of legal drinking age (21 or older in the United States). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to our team. No website is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive personal information through the contact form.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
