A family in wine since 1939.
Stefano Farina left the family inn for wine and opened his own winery in 1939, in the teeth of the war. His son Giancarlo went to study oenology at Alba and decided that bottling other people's wine wasn't enough — he wanted to make it. Three generations on, the family farms estates in Piedmont, Tuscany and Puglia. The Moscato comes from Tenuta San Quirico.
